What do I need to bring to a yoga class?
All you really need to begin practicing yoga is your body, your mind, and a bit of curiosity.
- Yoga mat, blocks & belts are all provided by centre or you can bring your own
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring a towel & water bottle
How many times per week should I practice Yoga?
Yoga is amazing—even if you only practice for one hour a week, you will experience the benefits of the practice. If you can do more than that, you will certainly experience more benefits. I suggest starting with two or three times a week. Don't let time constraints or unrealistic goals be an obstacle—do what you can and don't worry about it.
When do I pay?
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to pay. Payment can be made via eftpos/credit card payments (at reception, ground floor) or cash. The instructor will also collect any cash payments $20.00 (casual visit). If possible please bring the correct amount of cash.
