What do I need to bring to a yoga class?
All you really need to begin practicing yoga is your body, your mind, and a bit of curiosity.
- Yoga mat, blocks & belts are all provided by centre or you can bring your own
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring a towel & water bottle
How many times per week should I practice Yoga?
I suggest starting with one class a week and then slowly building up to two & three classes depending on your lifestyle. Ideally it is the most beneficial to practice a little bit of yoga daily. I can help in creating a home practice for my students to follow. Remember that Hatha yoga is not just a physical practice, it is holistic, combining body, mind & spirit.
When do I pay?
Please arrive 5-10 mins before class starts. Payment will be collected by the instructor before the class begins.
If possible please bring the correct amount of cash.
